Rule 22
Work other than work related to justice
(1) Except as provided by law for the administration of justice and for the judge to do it, other tasks to be performed by the court shall be performed by the staff as specified in this regulation and in cases not specified by the judge or the staff authorized by him.
(2) The Srestedar Tehsildar or other employees of the court shall be under the direction and control of the judge in charge while doing the work of administrative or management nature prescribed in accordance with this regulation or prevailing Nepalese law.
